Nielsen run company SuperData is reporting that the immensely popular Among Us, which is now available on the Nintendo Switch, is currently the most popular video game ever in terms of monthly players. The company reports that the game had around half a billion monthly active users in November, which is a gargantuan amount. The incredibly successful game was developed by a team of just three developers.

The PC version (which has a $5 upfront price) accounted for the majority of revenue from August to November (64%) despite having an extremely small share of the total player base (3% in November).
