We’re not going to beat around the bush: PS Plus Extra is pretty good, isn’t it? The middle tier of Sony’s subscription service has quickly established a large catalogue of great PS5 and PS4 games, and it feels like it’s being meaningfully expanded every single month.
March 2023’s additions bring some real value as well. Delightful looking indie title Tchia launches straight onto Extra, while heavy hitters like Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves Collection and Immortals Fenyx Rising bring bang for your buck. It’s a cliche, but there really is something for just about everyone here, with Dragon Ball Z:Kakarot, Ghostwire: Tokyo, Street Fighter V: Champion Edition, Life Is Strange: True Colors, and even RAGE 2 bringing something a bit different.
But look, we’re not here to sway your opinion (whoops!), so let’s move on to PS Plus Premium. Another three classics are being added to the most expensive tier, with Ridge Racer Type 4 (PS1), Ape Academy 2 (PSP), and Syphon Filter: Dark Mirror (PSP) offering a bit of throwback fun.
So, what do you think of March 2023’s PS Plus Extra and Premium updates? Are you happy with these games, or have you been left bitterly disappointed? Vote in our polls, and then explain yourself in the comments section below.

Robert’s been a dedicated PlayStation fan since the days of Tekken 2, and he still loves a good dust up. When he’s not practising combos, he’s usually getting lost in the latest 100-hour RPG, or, y’know, replaying The Witcher 3.
