In a surprise announcement we did not expect on a Tuesday afternoon in January, Bethesda has revealed it is working on an Indiana Jones game.
The trailer reveals very little, but it’s shown to be worked on by both Bethesda and MachineGames, the team behind the fantastic Wolfenstein reboot titles. A table can be seen with iconic Indiana Jones imagery, including the classic whip.

On Facebook a short description from Bethesda reads:
“A new Indiana Jones game with an original story is in development from our studio, Machinegames, and will be executive produced by Todd Howard, in collaboration with Lucasfilm Games. It’ll be some time before we have more to reveal, but we’re very excited to share today’s news!”
We’re unsure whether this will be an Xbox exclusive or not, but we’re sure it’s in capable hands with the team behind the Wolfenstein series, and we can’t wait to hear more.
