Capcom games featured prominently throughout this year’s Games Award show and one other title you might have noticed on display during the presentation was the upcoming Switch exclusive Monster Hunter Rise.
To celebrate the annual awards ceremony, Capcom shared a new trailer of the game showing off new monsters, familiar foes and new areas. Perhaps most excitingly was the confirmation a “limited time” demo would be arriving in January. Here’s what you can expect:
“We need you to protect Kamura Village! Wade through the marshy Flooded Forest and confront new monsters, such as the sleep-inducing Somnacanth and the omnivorous trickster Bishaten! #MHRise Demo coming January 2021.”
New monsters, familiar foes, a new area, and more. Check out this action-packed look at Monster Hunter Rise, coming to #NintendoSwitch on 3/26!
A demo will be available in January! Keep an eye on the official @MonsterHunter account for more. #MHRisehttps://t.co/VbfUaeLXZJ pic.twitter.com/akzw6u5pYe
