Every game released in 2020

2020 was a big year for games.

2020 is nearly over, and as we’ve done every year, we brought you a round-up of all the video game release dates in one place. So many games originally shooting for 2019 got pushed back to 2020, to say nothing of the many other heavy-hitters that actually came out, and the few that got delayed further into 2021.

Whether for launch disasters or the introduction of the next generation of consoles, 2020 has certainly been one to remember.

January

2020 kicked things off with a healthy release schedule in January. Capcom was once again the first to strike with the Iceborne’s PC launch. If Monster Hunter was not your thing, you may have been tempted by Warcraft 3: Reforged, Journey to the Savage Planet, Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot, or the Re Mind DLC for Kingdom Hearts 3.

In what’s quickly becoming known as early October, March this year was well and truly stacked. Ori and the Will of the Wisps opened things up in the first few days, before Nioh 2, Doom Eternal, Half-Life: Alyx, and Persona 5 Royal took over. March also saw the surprise release of Modern Warfare 2 Campaign Remastered on PS4, and the Early Access launch of Mount and Blade 2: Bannerlord.

April

The worldwide release of Valorant kicked June off, before the long-awaited Command & Conquer remaster dropped a couple of days later.
