Plus Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot will receive its final DLC, Trunks: The Warrior of Hope, in “summer 2021”.
Gogeta SS4 is coming to Dragon Ball FighterZ later this week.
Though we knew the fighter – a fusion of both Goku and Vegeta – was on the way to the third DLC pass, his release date was only confirmed during last night’s Bandai Namco’s Dragon Ball Games Battle Hour stream.
Gogeta SS4 will drop for FighterZ Pass 3 holders on 10th March, and be available for everyone else on 12th March. Here he is in action:

We also learned over the weekend that Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot will receive its final DLC later this year, too.
Entitled Trunks: The Warrior of Hope, the new content hasn’t been given a firm release date, but it’s expected to drop in “summer 2021” – that’s Q3, for those of you in the Southern hemisphere.
“Dragon Ball FighterZ is a match made in heaven,” wrote Eurogamer editor Wes back when the game released in 2018. “It’s that rare licensed game that comes from the marriage of a developer and franchise who are perfect for each other. What Rocksteady did for Batman, what Rare did for James Bond and what BioWare did for Star Wars, Japanese studio Arc System Works has done for Dragon Ball.
“The result is an exciting, exuberant and surprisingly rewarding brawler that’s one of the best fighting games I’ve played, and it’s not just for genre enthusiasts either.”
