It’s been a very strange year, but 2020 is now officially over, and it’s time to look to 2021! It’s been a wild twelve months in the world of Xbox too, and we’re anticipating another very busy year ahead for the brand.
So, what we can look forward to from an Xbox perspective in 2021? The obvious highlight is the arrival of Halo Infinite, which was recently delayed to this Fall, but we’ve also got the likes of Microsoft Flight Simulator, LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga, Psychonauts 2, Hogwarts Legacy and many other top titles on the way!
And that’s not to mention the ZeniMax acquisition by Xbox Game Studios, which is expected to officially be completed early this year, bringing the rest of Bethesda’s iconic franchises to Xbox Game Pass in the process.
Of course, we’re also going to be treated to the usual slate of Xbox Games with Gold releases and countless Xbox Game Pass titles over the next twelve months as well, and it’ll be interesting to see how Xbox Cloud Gaming continues to grow, with plans to bring it to Apple devices and PC at some point in 2021.
In other words, it’s looking like we’ve got an exciting year ahead as Xbox fans!
