Sony Interactive Entertainment has revealed the special editions available for Horizon Forbidden West, which is set to launch for PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 on February 18, 2022.
In a blog post, Guerilla Community Lead Bo de Vries detailed the various purchase options as follows blow. Note that the Collector’s and Regalia Edition do not seem to have been listed in Euro currency countries as of time of writing.

For players looking to have access to both the PS4 & PS5 versions of Horizon Forbidden West, please purchase the Digital Deluxe, Collector’s, or Regalla Editions. Dual entitlement does not apply to the standard and Special Editions.
According to an FAQ, there does not seem to be plans for a PS4 to PS5 upgrade path.
