The illuminerdi website is reporting this morning that Knuckles will be co-starring in the next Sonic movie presumably titled Sonic the Hedgehog Movie 2. The website’s sources say that Knuckles will have a relevant role in the movie scheduled for release on 8th April, 2022. So he won’t just have a simple cameo role as previously thought. The movie version of Knuckles will be able to glide and climb walls, like he does in the video games. The illuminerdi also reports that they are currently casting for the actor who will play Knuckles and that “his personality was described to us as serious in nature, but still gullible at times.”
