The Sephiroth Super Smash Bros. Ultimate presentation has come to an end. Mii costumes of Geno, Tifa, Barret, and Aerith had been confirmed, along with an in-depth look at Sephiroth’s move set. You will also be able to get you Mii a Chocobo Hat. At the end of the presentation, it was confirmed that Sephiroth is releasing on December 22nd.
However, you don’t have to wait until then to play as him. A limited-time boss mode is going to be available for the next 5 days, starting later today. It is called Sephiroth Challenge. You’ll be able to face Sephiroth in 3 different difficulties: Easy, Normal, and Very Hard. If you manage to defeat him, you’ll be able to play as Sephiroth early and unlock his new stage, Northern Cave. Nintendo‘s official tweet of the release date is down below.
