XSEED Games has announced an Expansion Pass for Story of Seasons: Pioneers of Olive Town.
Priced at $19.99, this Expansion Pass will include DLC coming in five waves of content, including new costumes, scenarios, locations, decor, and a few marriage candidates. The Expansion Pass is also available as part of the Story of Seasons: Pioneers of Olive Town + Expansion Pass Set digital bundle for $69.99 on the Nintendo Switch eShop.

An ‘Expansion Pass’ featuring content to be released in waves in the months following the game’s launch will be available digitally for $19.99, or as part of the STORY OF SEASONS: Pioneers of Olive Town + Expansion Pass Set for $69.99. The digital standalone edition of STORY OF SEASONS: Pioneers of Olive Town will be available for $49.99, and both the standalone and game + expansion pass set will soon be available for pre-order on Nintendo eShop.

Part 2 – May 2021
‘Windswept Falls Expansion Pack’ – Explore a refreshing, brand-new area home to four characters from a past entry on the Nintendo 3DS™ system (includes two marriage candidates)

‘School Uniforms’ costume set for the protagonists and marriage candidates ‘Terracotta Oasis Expansion Pack’ – Discover an exotic oasis home to four characters from STORY OF SEASONS for Nintendo 3DS (includes two marriage candidates)

Specific release dates and additional details about all of the DLC arriving for STORY OF SEASONS: Pioneers of Olive Town will be released at a later time.
Story of Seasons: Pioneers of Olive Town is set to release for Nintendo Switch on February 25 in Japan, March 23 in North America, and March 26 in Europe & Australia. UPDATE: The Japanese press release, published later than XSEED’s press release, included silhouettes of the legacy characters that will be added in the Expansion Pass. It also confirmed that the 3DS title mentioned in the second Windswept Falls pack is what would be known in the West as Harvest Moon 3D: A New Beginning—the last Bokujou Monogatari game localized under the Harvest Moon title before it made the split into Story of Seasons.
